Voter List

ELECTION DAY IS
MONDAY OCTOBER 22, 2018

Council has decided to use Vote-By-Mail again this election. Voters can fill out their ballots in the privacy and convenience of their own home.  Casting a vote is as easy as mailing a letter!

In preparation of a potential postal disruption, voter kits will be mailed out the week of September 17th. Your Voting Kit will contain everything needed to vote by mail.  The voter simply follows the instructions in their kit, deposits their ballot in the mail, using the postage paid return envelope, and the ballots will be delivered to the Municipal Office for counting on Election Day. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF A POSTAL DISRUPTION, completed voter kits can be dropped off during business hours at the Municipal Office or in the after-hours drop box. Additional drop off locations may be considered once the details of the strike are known.

Come out an meet your 2018 candidates at "Meet the Candidate's Night" on Thursday September 27, 2018 @ 7:00 pm, Dawn-Euphemia Community Centre, 6213 Mill Street, Florence ON.

You must be on the Voter's List to receive your mail-in ballot. Please confirm by contacting the Municipal Office during business hours.

The Municipal Clerk is the Returning Officer for the Election and questions with respect to elections should be directed to the Clerk at 519-692-5148.
