The Administrator-Clerk is responsible for the overall operation of all municipal departments and the services provided. The Administrator-Clerk is also responsible for ensuring that Council policies are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
The Administrator-Clerk is also responsible for performing the duties of the Clerk as provided for in the Municipal Act. In this regard, the Clerk is responsible for the preparation and safekeeping of all municipal records and for preparing agendas and taking the minutes of all Council meetings.
