The libraries throughout Lambton County offer a wide variety of programs and services including book and video loans, access to Service Ontario services, audiobooks, computer access, audiovisual materials, internet access, various crafts and programs, “Children’s Story Hours” and “Tales for Tots”. The Florence branch is part of the Lambton County Library system that offers access to thousands of titles and other materials. The County of Lambton has recently enhanced service delivery at Florence Library by increasing the hours of operation. Recently Lambton County introduced the Library by Mail Service for those that cannot access a physical library location due to a disability, medical condition, or a lack of transportation.
