Meeting dates and agendas for Committee of Adjustment and the Property Standards Committee meetings will be posted as the meetings are scheduled. Property Standards and Committee of Adjustment meetings will be scheduled as required and will generally be held immediately in advance of a regular Council meeting.
Committee of Adjustment and Property Standards Committee minutes will be posted following adoption by the respective Committees. Questions about the minutes may be directed to the Administrator-Clerk. The Administrator-Clerk serves as Secretary of the Property Standards Committee and Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.
Committee of Adjustment and Property Standards Committee meetings are open to the public and residents are welcome to attend either in-person or via teleconference. If you are interested in attending via teleconference, please contact the Clerk for call-in details.
